Maplewood Country Day Camp & Enrichment Center has been providing a variety of
exciting children’s programs since 1965, under the leadership of The Pinstein Family.
At Maplewood, children from birth to age 14, have the opportunity to express their
creativity, to strive for achievement, to experience fun and adventure, to participate
and develop skills in physical fitness, and to form long-lasting friendships and
unforgettable memories.
Maplewood ’s success is built upon a well-balanced program, which includes

Active, Non-Competitive Program
Our philosophy at Maplewood is to promote self-esteem by helping children to develop
their physical and social skills. We offer a nurturing environment where children feel
comfortable learning and participatingin numerous activities. We focus on making each
learning experience a positive one for your child, placing the emphasis on activity and
participation, not competition.
Wide Variety of Activities
Through their participation in Maplewood ’s many activities, children reinforce
strengths; develop new skills; interact with other campers; and, above all, have fun!
Individual Attention
Our well-trained, highly qualified teachers and staff members develop programs
that challenge children and promote learning. Nurturing staff members focus on
furthering the development of the children both as individuals and as a group. A
small staff-to-child ratio allows for individual attention and numerous opportunities
for children to participate.
