 Swimming:  At Maplewood, we place great emphasis on our comprehensive swimming program,which is the pride of our camp.  We recognize that each child's improvement in swimming depends upon feelings of comfort and security in the water.   Under the guidance of knowledgeable Water Safety Instructors and Lifeguards, campers receive individualized instruction in the American Red Cross swimming progressions. 
  
Maplewood's two heated Olympic-size pools, specifically designed for swimmers of all levels, feature diving boards as well as an exciting double-tube slide and frog slide.
